Scope of Services
IH Solutions INC provides IT consulting, custom software development, website development, mobile app development, design, testing, and related digital services as described on our Services pages. The specific scope of each engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Payments are due according to the agreed engagement terms, whether fixed-price milestones, hourly invoicing, or a monthly retainer schedule. All prices are quoted and paid in USD. Late payments may result in project delays.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and libraries remain the property of their respective owners.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary access (accounts, credentials, content), and accurate project requirements. Delays in client input may affect project timelines and costs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IH Solutions INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms agreed in the project agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Governing Law
